By downloading, installing, or using **MindGlow** (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.\
If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

MindGlow is a personal development and mindfulness app that provides:

* Daily positive affirmations across 12+ categories
* Speech recognition practice for confident reading
* Progress tracking and achievement system
* Smart notification reminders
* Custom affirmation creation tools
* Premium subscription features

### 3. Free vs Premium Features

**Free Version Includes:**

* Access to 3 basic categories (Self Love, Confidence, Motivation)
* Limited daily affirmations
* Basic progress tracking
* Standard notifications

**Premium Subscription Unlocks:**

* All 12+ categories
* Unlimited daily affirmations
* Advanced speech recognition
* Detailed analytics
* Custom affirmation creation
* Priority support

### 4. Subscription Terms

#### Pricing & Billing

* Weekly: $2.99
* Monthly: $4.99
* Yearly: $29.99 (Save 40%)
* All plans include a **7-day free trial**

#### Auto-Renewal

* Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled 24h before the current period ends
* Renewal charges occur within 24h prior to the end of the period
* Payment is charged to your Apple ID/iTunes Account

#### Cancellation

* Cancel anytime via Apple ID > Subscriptions
* Access remains until the end of the billing period
* No refunds for unused portions

#### Free Trial

* New users receive a 7-day free trial
* Cancel before trial ends to avoid charges
* If not canceled, subscription begins automatically after trial

### 5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

* Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
* Provide accurate information in custom content
* Not share your subscription with others
* Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or bypass subscription checks
* Respect intellectual property rights
* Comply with all applicable laws

You must not:

* Create offensive or illegal affirmations
* Share premium content outside the App
* Use the App for unauthorized purposes

### 6. Content & Intellectual Property

**Our Content**

* All affirmations, designs, and features are protected by copyright
* Logos, trademarks, and names belong to us
* You may not copy or commercialize our content

**Your Content**

* You retain ownership of custom affirmations
* You grant us a license to store/display them **locally** within the App
* You are responsible for appropriateness and legality

### 7. Privacy & Data Protection

* All personal data is stored locally on your device
* We do not transmit or store your affirmations on external servers
* **RevenueCat** manages subscription status (only anonymous device ID + subscription state)
* **Apple** processes all payments securely
* Speech recognition occurs on-device, audio is never uploaded

### 8. Service Availability

* We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
* Maintenance or updates may temporarily affect availability
* Some features may require internet for initial setup

### 9. Limitation of Liability

**Disclaimers**

* MindGlow is for motivational/educational use only
* It is **not a substitute** for professional medical or psychological care
* Results may vary by individual

**Limits**

* We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
* Our liability is capped at the subscription fee paid
* We are not responsible for device compatibility issues or data loss

### 10. Account Termination

**By You**

* Delete the App anytime to stop using it
* Cancel subscriptions via Apple ID settings
* Use **Reset App** to erase all local data

**By Us**

* We may suspend/terminate accounts for violations
* We may discontinue the App with notice
* Refunds, if any, are handled at Apple’s discretion

### 11. Updates & Modifications

* The App may update to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance
* Some updates may require the latest iOS version
* Continued use after updates = acceptance of changes
* We may revise these Terms; material changes will be notified via App or App Store

### 12. Third-Party Services

**RevenueCat**

* Subscription management & verification only
* Data: anonymous device ID, subscription status

**Apple Services**

* Secure App Store payment processing
* System features (notifications, speech recognition)
